Money Plaza will forward all the information you have submitted with our platform, which include the application form, HKID, contact information and all the supporting documentation you have provided, in order to provide a good matching loan offer result.
8. Communication
Money Plaza will contact you to keep you updated with the application processing and also other financing options which match your situation. We will contact you though, including but not limited to, phone calls, whatsapp, email.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong SAR.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

You will have the right to terminate the use of credit reports at any time for any reason with your application and applied financial institutions. However, Money Plaza is not taking any responsibility and obligation in helping you to terminate. You will have to take the full responsibility in managing the use of your credit report with any parties you have applied with. We may also modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
