Our money lending referral service allows you to connect with third-party lenders who may be able to provide you with a loan. We do not provide loans ourselves and are not responsible for any agreements entered into between you and a third-party lender.
3. Eligibility
To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident in the country where the service is offered. You must also provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your financial situation.
4. Referral/ Marketing Fees
We may receive a referral/ marketing fee from third-party lenders for each successful loan application that originates from our service. This fee does not affect the interest rate or other terms of the loan.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our service, including any loans obtained through a third-party lender. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on our website, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time without notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our service to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities, including providing false or misleading information to third-party lenders. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our service at any time for any reason.
7. Application and personal information
Money Plaza will forward all the information you have submitted with our platform, which include the application form, HKID, contact information and all the supporting documentation you have provided, in order to provide a good matching loan offer result.
8. Communication
Money Plaza will contact you to keep you updated with the application processing and also other financing options which match your situation. We will contact you though, including but not limited to, phone calls, whatsapp, email.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong SAR.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
